As a project manager for the KIA EV6 driving experience in Andalusia, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event, ensuring that the 100 members of the press and influencers in attendance had an unforgettable experience. The goal was to showcase the capabilities of the new electric KIA EV6, highlighting its strengths and performance in one of the most beautiful regions in southern Spain. To achieve this goal, I meticulously planned and organized the three-day event, including track sessions, exclusive events, motorway trips, and even a trip to the beach. The focus was on providing car enthusiasts with the best possible test drive experience, so I carefully selected and curated exclusive events and creative productions to ensure that all participants had a unique and memorable experience. I also played a key role in influencer management, working closely with the 100 members of the press and influencers to ensure that their needs were met and that they had a positive experience at the event. This involved coordinating their schedules, ensuring their comfort and safety, and fostering strong relationships with them to help promote the KIA EV6. Overall, my goal was to execute a successful and impactful event that showcased the capabilities of the KIA EV6, building positive relationships with the press and influencers in attendance, and providing them with an unforgettable driving experience.
