To ensure that the 6-month Influencer Campaign was executed in an effective and efficient manner, I took on the role of Project Manager. The goal of the campaign was to increase sales of Adidas products through Otto, a leading online retailer, by emphasizing the importance of incorporating sports into one's daily routine. This message was conveyed through the hashtag #beyondeveryday and the influencers @roxisecke and @doandlive, who demonstrated how they broke their daily routines through sports. My responsibilities as the Project Manager involved ensuring that the planning and execution of six video/photo shoots and three events went smoothly. This involved managing all aspects of the production process, from initial planning to post-shoot evaluation. I made sure that all tasks were completed on time and within budget, and that all stakeholders, including the influencers and the production team, were fully supported throughout the campaign. By leveraging my project management skills and expertise, I was able to ensure that the 6-month Influencer Campaign met its objectives and delivered the desired results for Adidas and Otto.
